Stacy entered real estate in 2008, at a time when the industry was grim. She worked her way through a difficult time with determination and grit and has since become one of the top producers in the Little Rock/North Little Rock area. Stacy joined the Capital Sotheby’s International Realty where she hopes to continue to grow her client base by providing the highest quality service and attention to each homeowner.
Stacy prides herself on her professionalism and experience. She aims to be a long-term, real estate advisor to her clients. She wears many hats—cleaning lady, interior designer, and delivery service. She will do whatever it takes to accomplish a successful closing. Stacy’s clients become friends and their happiness is very important to her—a very good motivator for her!
Stacy was elected Little Rock Realtor of the Year in 2018. She is also an Arkansas Realtors Association DIAMOND-level producer. Many local publications have recognized her a top local Realtor, and Soiree has recognized her as one of Little Rocks Best Real Estate Agents for eight years running. Stacy also sits as past chair on 2018 Arkansas Realtor Association (ARA) Professional Standards Board and was 2017 president of Little Rock Realtors Association.
Stacy and her husband, Nathan, own The Baker, a boutique luxury hotel in downtown North Little Rock. Stacy has two precious little ones, ages six and three, who keep her on her toes and make life exciting! Stacy has two nonprofits that are important to her: Ozark Mission Project, a mission-driven organization that brings youth into communities to help repair and improve neighbors’ homes who need assistance, and the Beverly Carter Foundation, which serves to create a lasting, substantive, positive impact on safety for every real estate agent. Stacy has a specialization in historic homes and focuses on maintaining and preserving these important properties in our cities. Stacy is a part of Little Rock Realtors Association and the ARA.

Courtney has been serving her community for the last twenty-five years in education, first in the classroom and then in executive management. Supporting families has always been key in her work and life.
Real estate has been a passion of Courtney’s for years and coupled with the desire to serve families and with the skill set she brings, she will be able to provide support to families in their home buying and selling needs.
Courtney is married to Ryan and has one son, Joseph.She enjoys kicking the soccer ball around with her family, reading, walking her dogs, spending time with friends, and traveling.She also enjoys serving in her church and volunteering in community efforts, especially those that support families with food, housing, and educational insecurity.
