Fran Lanari

When Fran moved to Little Rock, it truly was love at first sight. When she crossed the Arkansas River and saw Little Rock’s beautiful skyline, she knew she was home! Fran loves the area’s lush foliage, flowers, changing seasons, vibrant culture, and especially the people. Although Fran spent many years in Houston, she was raised in a small Tennessee town. She says, “Little Rock has all the amenities of a large city but has that sweet home town feel.”

Fran honed her skills in negotiation, transaction management, communication, interior decorating, and staging, as a contract manager for NASA in Houston and while working in the family remodeling business at Kitchen & Bath Concepts in Little Rock. “Those jobs truly prepared me for so many of the skills needed to be of great service in real estate,” Fran says. Fran’s strengths include active listening, visualization, inside awareness about remodeling costs, creativity, and attention to detail. Fran was a “Multi-Million Dollar Producer” her very first year in real estate and attributes her quick and ongoing success in the industry to friend and client referrals as well as great clients who put their trust in her, for which she is very grateful.

Fran and her husband, Michael, have two young adult children, Rachael and Michael Joe, who are both active fundraisers for the family’s favorite charities: Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Easter Seals of Arkansas. Additionally, Fran serves on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Down Syndrome Association. Thanks to the benefits their children have received from these organizations, fundraising and philanthropy are top priorities for the Lanari family. The Laneri’s love to travel, attend live theater, watch football, and read. Fran’s family even helps her with her real estate endeavors by proofing articles and flyers and even putting out her signs! Fran says, “What could be more fun?!”
