Melissa Glidden

Energetic, determined, creative, and committed, Melissa is a die-hard, native Arkansan who was named one of Arkansas’s Realtors of the Year in AY Magazines reader’s poll in 2020, her first year in real estate. Melissa’s bubbly, positive personality and entrepreneurial spirit, when combined with her passion for helping others, make her an extraordinary real estate facilitator and guide for her buyers and sellers.


Melissa’s love affair with real estate began well before she became a licensed agent in Central Arkansas, when she worked as a real estate developer remodeling and staging homes while she and her family lived in Illinois. “In that capacity, and because I am a very hands-on person, I learned so much from the professionals that were part of our team for remodeling homes. I love that I can now bring that experience, skill set, and insight to my buyers and sellers on their real estate journeys,” explained Melissa. “I embrace the opportunities I have to counsel my clients, reassure them, and help them consider options, solutions, and resolutions that ensure they accomplish their real estate goals. Buying or selling a home should be a fun, exciting, and a positively memorable process. I am committed to bringing my ingenuity, ‘can do’ attitude, and fun energy to every client I serve.”


In her free time, Melissa is passionate about helping Arkansans and her community. Whether it is teaching Sunday school, being a teen leader in her church, or through serving on the Board with Family Promise, Melissa is committed to helping others. Melissa has two fantastic children. Her daughter, Elle, attends ASU in Jonesboro, and her son, Jackson, is embracing the world at Bryant Jr. High. The Glidden family loves white sand and clear water and seek it out every chance they get!
