Karen Moulton

Before anchoring in the Natural State, Karen grew up living all over the world. She was born in Canada and become an American citizen in 2009. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology, Karen relies on her previous career for her exceptional communications skills and astute business acumen as a guide for her “client first” approach to real estate.


Karen is a consistent high-volume producer and has received the highest level of accolades from peers at the Arkansas Realtors Association. Additionally, she is voted Best Real Estate Agent in Arkansas Business, Soiree and AY magazines by her clients time and time again. As a champion for her clients, Karen is a trained negotiator with profound process-driven, organizational skills that enable her to do what she loves—helping people find their next home by providing an extraordinary experience and expert facilitation.


Karen is married to Dr. Richard Woolridge, an associate professor in the Business School at the University of Arkansas Little Rock. She has two grown children who live in Canada, along with a precious granddaughter. When not helping her client’s real estate dreams come true, she and Richard can be found kayaking, biking, and spending time with their dogs. They enjoy time with their many treasured friends, exploring all Arkansas has to offer. And she still finds time for two book clubs!


Further, Karen is very active in the volunteer community. Giving her time to Christ Church’s The Green Grocery program where she is a sustaining member, Karen also tutors elementary students and has mentored female inmates through Arkansas Community Correction. She is a member of the Arkansas Women’s Leadership Forum as well as Rotary Club 99. A long-standing member of the SPCA, Karen has never met an animal that she didn’t love and they all love her right back! Oh, and she is an avid recycler.
